Please note that these apartments are not hotels and are not associated with the building management on-site. For any questions or queries, please contact us instead. All payments are processed online and you will be charged the full reservation amount as pre-payment 60 days or less prior to your arrival date. We have a 60 day no refund policy so please make sure that you indeed need the apartment that you are booking. We will secure a certain amount as a security deposit which is specified on the apartment listing. This is not a charge, only a hold on the funds, which will be released upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment after your stay. You will be charged the full amount for any damages caused to the apartment during your stay. You will be charged for lost keys the full amount to replace the key, and you will be charged $250.00 in the case of a lockout and someone needs to let you back into the apartment.
