For your convenience and security, our dedicated 24/7 guest support team is your primary contact for any needs during your stay. Please note that on-site building staff are not associated with our services.
Our "14-Day Flexible" Booking Policy
We aim to provide both flexibility for your plans and security for your booking.
- Payment: To confirm your reservation, full payment will be automatically processed 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. A valid credit card is required when booking to secure your dates.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend all guests consider comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Security Deposit, Damages & Other Terms
Security Deposit
- To protect the property, a security deposit pre-authorisation of NZ$300 is required for all stays.
- This is not a charge, but a temporary hold placed on your valid credit card 24 hours prior to your arrival.
- The hold is automatically released by your bank within 7-10 business days of your departure, provided there are no issues during your stay.
Guest Responsibility & Damages
- We kindly ask that you leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition upon departure.
- Guests are financially responsible for any damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning required after their stay.
- The cost for any necessary repairs or replacements will be documented and charged to the credit card on file.
Key & Lockout Policy
- A fee of NZ$150 will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys and access fobs.
- In the event of a lockout where you require assistance to re-enter the apartment, a call-out fee of NZ$200 will apply.
