Beautiful place nice and clean ..alot of space .Nice view of the sky tower..Swimming pool and sauna was cool closed late a bonus.The host was welcoming ,Will definitely be back.

Super appartement dans un très bon quartier. Les quais et les restaurants sont accessibles à pied. L’appartement est calme, avec les tous les équipements indispensables (cuisine totalement équipée, lave-linge et sèche linge). Il y a un supermarché juste en face. Tout était parfait ! This was a convenient location from which to explore Auckland. The apartment was fine with everything we needed for a short stay. The car parking was OK for a small car but a large car wouldn’t fit. We found out close to the arrival date that a check in time is requested so we could be met on arrival. I was worried that this wouldn’t work as our timings weren’t fixed, but we had good communication that allowed checkin to go smoothly.

We arrived later than expected to the property, which was my fault. Stephan was very supportive in getting one of his work team to get to us as quickly as possible to get us in and settled. The location is perfect for lots of walking, ocean activities, and just being part of the vibrant atmosphere.

Location was incredible but glad we were only there for 1 night as expected a more spacious apartment from photos. Only other down side was the check in process you had to wait for someone to let you in would be better if you could have a lock box and let yourself in when you were ready (understand that due to its location this may not be possible) and 2pm check in rather than 3pm would have also been nice again this was due to the itinerary we were on so each to your own. otherwise for a night in the city to be able to have parking and walking to distance to everything would recommend to a couple.

Lovely place well located in the city. House is nice and spacious, great for a week long stay. It comes with car park and a swimming pool which is fantastic! Bed is comfy and nice.

Great location for the wharf and a great view from the balcony of the Auckland sky tower. Close by for great restaurant and a grocery store. The free parking was a bonus as parking was hard to find and expensive. Would stay here again and definitely would recommend staying here. We were 2 adult couples and had a bathroom each too.

I highly recommend Stefan's house. If you plan to stay in the city, take a break here. It's a convenient place close to the CBD and easy to visit Viaduct Harbour. There are many great cafes around, and it's very convenient with the Countdown Metro right in front. Our child had a wonderful time in the amazing heated swimming pool. Thank you for the friendly and detailed check-in and check-out instructions.

The management staff was friendly and easy to get a hold of. The location was good and there were good amenities like pool, gym, spa, parking garage. We traveled with another couple and lost hot water after three showers. I can understand, but it is a two bedroom/bathroom and should be able to accommodate a pair of guests. Carpets had stains. Over all, an average place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a fabulous location, everything is walking distance. Lots of great restaurants and spots around. The apartment is a good size, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great location for downtown sites and activities. Great for nighttime views and walkable distance to shopping and marina. We loved the pool and spa area! The unit was clean and sufficiently stocked. The gym needed a bit of TLC. We did not eat in much except breakfast so no real issues with the kitchen.

Great stay and amazing view of sky tower. Close enough to be able to walk to viaduct and small eatery places. Only downfall is no aircon, however there was a fan which was handy and breeze is nice through slidng door and room windows. Love the privacy.

Everyone writes about the check in process being clumsy but once you get past that it’s an incredible experience. Stefan is a great communicator and his place is impeccable in a fantastic location. I will stay here anytime I’m in Auckland.

The stay with Stefan’s apartment Was absolutely amazing the views the apartment was just so beautiful and cosy would definitely come back and stay and would recommend To anyone it’s in the heart of Auckland a little Woolworths/countdown across the road which is very convenient it was good that you can take a Short stroll and see all the boats in the water down the end of the street the communication was quick and fast can’t wait to come back

Nice place in a nice neighbourhood. Th Wynard Quarter is where I choose to stay anytime in Auckland. It’s close to everything you would want or need. We stayed at this property for 5 nights, it was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The complex has a pool and weight room and underground parking. With a grocery store across the street, everything is easy.

Great apartment for those wanting a central location and convenience to Wynyard Quarter (which has a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants) A slightly unusual check-in process having to collect the key from off-site, and some slightly onerous administrative requirements, but other than that it was a really good experience.

Great location - quiet although funky side of the city. Easy access to the viaduct via the bridge (10 min walk) and nice little community in Wynards Quarter. Supermarket across the street and bus depot just down the road if on foot. Car park is large to accommodate larger vehicles and is housed right by the elevator so very easy for unloading etc. Pool complex is clean and well looked after - just like in the photo's. Apartment is clean and beds comfy. Apartment a little short on some kitchen supplies but have emailed the owner to sort this out so hopefully new guests will enjoy more kitchen basics. Very nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. Will stay again.

We were looking forward to our stay in this apartment unfortunately there are a few things that need improvement for the price range the apartment it being rented at, upon arrival you need to pick up the keys from a secure lock box which is a 20 minute return walk not ideal when having a lot of luggage and a baby with you to look after they do offer an option to meet you at the property which was around $50 which is both absurd and in personable I have stayed at many Airbnb's both here in NZ and abroad and every host has either always greeted us to walk us through the apartment and facilities or arranged an onsite representative to do so at no extra charge, the cleanliness of the apartment was unacceptable there was still rubbish left behind the couch and over the floor, clothing from old guests and every surface was covered in dust the apartment has not had a deep clean in a long time and we were charged a $175 cleaning fee for our booking , for our 10 day stay there was 1 tiny sachet of dishwashing powder, 1 tiny packet of dish washing liquid and 1 rubbish bag sufficient consumables to last our stay would have cost less than $10 but adds great convenience not having to worry about, I have never stayed at any other Airbnb that did not supply these essentials the experience of staying here made us wish we chose another apartment for the price we paid ($2300) for our stay, the rug in the living area has a big fold in it that is not able to be straightened out which is a trip hazard. The good things about the apartment were the location and Stefan the host was helpful when I emailed him with a query.
