Beautiful Two Bedroom Apartment next to Myers Park

A truly beautiful place to stay! The accommodations were exactly as described by the host, matching every detail provided in the listing. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect home away from home. The host was exceptionally responsive and friendly, always available to answer any questions and provide helpful recommendations. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Auckland and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Appartement très bien situé, confortable et paisible pour un logement très central. Stefan est très rigide sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ ce qui a mon gout ne correspond pas au principe airbnb. Il faut aussi récupérer les clefs a un autre endroit ce qui avec des bagages est handicapant.

The apartment was perfect for us- very convenient to walk to other parts of CBD and other neighborhoods- we were able to walk to Mt Eden, as well as Eden Park to see the soccer games. Convenient to a number of buses as well. Lots of places to eat nearby and a small grocer across the street to get some staples for breakfast. Stefan was very responsive. You have to go downtown to another location to pick up the key to apartment. We enjoy have the apt as our base to explore Auckland and its surroundings!

We went on a friend vacation with 4 people. The flat had an amazing location, close to the center and to two bus stops. A nice view on the park and on the Skytower. It was easy to find the key and to return them. I recommend!

Modern apartment in a new-ish building, in an amazing location, walking distance to K road. Issues with cleanliness on arrival, particularly dust around the edges of each room, which I needed to vacuum myself. The vacuum itself also wasn't very effective, so perhaps needs replacing. Fans provided, but also very dusty. Was generally tidy, but just needed a really good clean. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

We found the stay to be mostly good and as expected. The location and state of the apartment is great and it is quite well equipped. Having to fetch the keys from a different location was stressful and initially we were only provided 1 key for 3 people, but the team were responsive and able to organise the second set fairly quickly. Perfect location if you're staying in Auckland and want to be near the action as it's right at the junction of upper Queen St and K-Road, and food is nearby as is the famous Real Groovy Record store. Very secure and immaculately presented. No major issues - couple of minor ones such as a lamp bulb out, a fan not working (but still had two fans to use which are needed as there's a lack of opening windows), i would suggest to update the serveware to cater for 4 as seems normal, as there were only 2 knives, 2 forks, and the plate/saucer sets were all in 3's. Also, as we were on the road for a month, having a sinple fry plan is awesome for those morning fryups. But really, a great place in a perfect spot, very safe, secure, fantastic A1 communication by Stefan and very well managed. You will not be let down by Stefan - he responds super efficiently (we were stranded, stuck in our rental car messaging him and all was booked in no time) and can be relied upon. The stranded saved!

Great little apartment in a close location to the CBD.. a few more basics such as a frying pan, some cutlery and glasses would definitely help. Overall, happy with our choice of accommodation. Cheers

Fantastic location easy access to queens street and K Road. Relatively easy check-in process but lockbox could possibly be located closer to the building in the future. The apartment was clean but could do with dusting around bed frames and other table surfaces. The beds would benefit from new mattresses as they were quite hard and you could feel the springs coming through. More amenities could have been supplied such as laundry powder/dishwasher tablets & Rubbish bags/Toilet paper as it seems these were not topped up after the previous stay. Other Utilities such as one of the fans and Cloths drying rack were broken and not replaced before our stay.

One room was really dusty (it had no windows, so not much ventilation). Wouldn’t recommend for people with hay fever or dust allergies. Other than that, reasonable price for the apartment.

This property is fine for a couple…. Pictures make it look bigger than it is. We were three adults. Don’t expect to cook anything, there is minimal equipment. Was clean and convenient to K rd or down Queen st. Using electric scooters was handy.

awesome location to downtown auckland especially from being out of town was a hop skip and a jump from K Road and some fantastic restaurants on Queens st..parking was a bit of downer but there are lots of options close to the appartment

7 Scotia Place is a well located apartment 2 queen size beds. It's a very practically layout that used the small space well. Zodiak apartments are well organised and the check in/ check out is easy. We stayed a month and got a discounted price for this. Minor faults were repaired swiftly after reporting. All in all a great apartment to explore the city.
