Stefan's apartment at the Heritage Hotel was perfect for a city-living experience in Auckland! The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance/cookware you could need to make meals, and the dishwasher and range were easy to use. The living and dining areas were furnished beautifully, and the bedroom was so spacious with plenty of hanging wardrobe options. Within walking distance were plenty of restaurants, convenience and grocery stores, retail shops, and a couple pharmacies. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Auckland!

Place is nice, spacious and clean. Had everything we needed for 6 nights stay. Washing machine was a bit fiddly but it works. Would stay again!

We really like the location and ammenities at the Heritage building. Initial impressions of this property was good. It is large and light and bright. We had a 6 night stay here. We found and reported a few minor maintenance issues and we felt that the kitchenware was lacking for self catering by comparison to other apartments we have stayed in. Towards the end of our stay we both felt like there hadn’t been a lot of thought or effort put into the set up. A property book with appliance instructions and building information would be very helpful. The property manager responded quickly to questions.

We enjoyed this spacious, comfortably outfitted apartment located close to the harbour & many tourist sites. Very walkable. The pool & roof deck was an added plus. We found parking for a great weekly rate across the street. Communication with Stefan was very smooth!

The apartment is very spacious. The rooftop pool is beautiful. The apartment had everything you needed for cooking. You are within a 12 minute walking distance to the viaduct area, which is very nice and active.

Beautiful apartment, excellent location and everything we needed was in easy reach... shops, restaurants etc. Super comfy bed, bathroom was large and very clean. We felt at home. Helped to make our 3 days in Auckland enjoyable.

We loved our stay at Stefan’s place. It is spacious, clean, secure and in a great location. It has a lot of natural light and views of the harbor. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and the ferry. We would highly recommend staying here.

A fabulous apartment, what a huge bedroom with a very comfy King bed. Loved the apartment, I’ve stayed in a lot of apartments in Auckland but there was something so nice about this space the high ceilings, so light and open. Will def. Be my 1st choice of stay next time. We felt right at home and it super convenient with only minutes walking down town.

The apartment is central and generously-sized with easy access. The bed is large and there's a comfortable seating area. The access to the hotel rooftop swimming pool and gym facilities was a real bonus. It's about a half-hour walk from the apartment to K Road and 15 minutes down to the Wynyard Quarter for dinner. The apartment managers were helpful in retrieving the keys that we accidentally left behind us.

Pro: 1. Perfect location 2. Good sized place 3. Really good mattress, which can be tricky haha Cons: 1. Managed by a company, so takes the personalisation away 2. Extra charge (30$) for 30 mins late check in our check out, felt outrageous 3. Wifi had some issues but got fixed after day 2

Exceptional! The home was within the heritage hotel and it was more of a 1 bedroom executive suite, with high ceilings and awesome natural light. The bedroom was a highlight and so was the location! Waking up to the view of the water from the dining was great, also used the sauna and top floor jacuzzi. great stay!

This is a great place. I have stayed in downtown Auckland several times. Everywhere else I have stayed has been very loud on the weekends until late at night. This place was wonderfully quiet while still being an easy walk to all of the downtown amenities. The apartment was large and comfortable. Good hot water and water pressure. It had all of the basics needed for cooking, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very nice apartment… This is a hotel… you deal with a 3rd party company and that requires doing documentation forms signed prior and photos of your id’s for everyone before they tell you the keys for the apartment are 5 blocks away (drive there) and there’s no parking which requires to find a parking garage because all street parking is normally taken, so you need to download an app (ParkMate) and find a parking garage close by and pay by the hour… 2 days cost about $80.. So, having said all that the place is nice, There’s a lap pool, sauna and jacuzzi on the 2nd floor along with a weight room… that made it worth the hassle of checking in and parking… I would stay here again!!

This apartment was a beautiful home away from home for a couple of nights, nice and warm for our wintry weekend in the city, beautiful spacious living area and bedroom too. Kitchen is well-stocked with cutlery and crockery, and the location is nice and central but soundproof windows mean it’s a cosy hideaway and you hardly hear any of the city noise. We would love to come back again

Stefan was an excellent host and great communicator. The apartment was large and well equipped with a kitchenette and other amenities, including access to a rooftop pool, spa and gym. The apartment was clean and offers a great space for working from home. Overall would definitely stay again or at one of Stefan’s other listings.

Stefan was an excellent host, clear communicator and was quick to respond to a request for an extension of my stay. The apartment was slightly larger than expected and was a warm and inviting space, complete with kitchenette, a large room with a good desk for WFH and provides access to the rooftop gym, pool, spa and indoor sauna etc. Overall it was a great stay. I stayed for over a month and will consider again next time I’m in Auckland, or alternatively at one of Stefan’s other listings.

The property is situated in a good location however is above a bar and so the noise travels up the pillar. I struggled to sleep due to this but thankfully due to how spacious the room was I would sleep on the sofa most nights. I was disappointed on how slow the communication was even to extend stay was difficult. I would call all times of the day and it was always go to voicemail. It took them a couple of hours to reply to Airbnb messenger. They only provided one set of bedding for the entire stay of 2 months. The microwave and toilet wasn’t clean when I arrived- all of this was due to the lockdown. Ultimately if I knew how difficult it would have been I would have stayed elsewhere

This apartment is in a terrific central location in Auckland and walking distance to a choice of shopping, eating and drinking. Also handy for any touristy things you may want to do. We are walkers so made the most of its convenient position. It is an enormous one bedroom apartment with good modern furniture. The lounge dining area is spacious as is the comfortable bedroom. The bed is super comfy. The bathroom is also reasonably large with a separate bath if you need a soak. Kitchen has all the amenities you could want if you don’t want to eat out every meal. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus. The feeling of space is magnified by the extremely high ceilings. Our hosts were easily contacted when needed and could not have been more helpful. I would recommend this apartment and will stay again next time we are in Auckland. SusieD Sydney

This is an amazing space to stay at if you are wanting somewhere right in the heart of the city. Close to everything and the room and facilities are outstanding. Definitely would recommend and might have to stay again

The apartment was light, bright and spacious. The bed and couches were very comfortable. The TV and kitchen equipment just worked as they should. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The location just up from the Viaduct and in the middle of the CBD is perfect for business or holiday travel. Highly recommended.

This is an absolutely wonderful place with a washer/dryer and dishwasher perfect for a longer stay in Auckland! Additionally the pictures don't do the apartment justice; it's very spacious! The location is just a ten minute walk from the ferry terminals and there are several bus stops nearby as well. Plenty of shops and restaurants are just around the corner.

Stefan’s place is amazing. Lots of space, style and natural light. The apartment is a fantastic size with enough room to stretch and feel right at home, away from home. The king size bed was super comfortable and the added touches of appliances made my stay super easy and convenient. I highly recommend this place. It’s fresh, modern and inside the older worth charm of a historic building. Will definitely stay again.

The place is spacious and well designed with the essentials you need in a home. A few minutes walk from the Sky Tower and Queen St and everything else you need and want in Auckland pretty much accessible from the place. Would recommend this place to anyone who would be visiting Auckland for a few days.
