The space
Our charming apartment is perfectly situated for both business or pleasure travelers and is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This apartment will be a great choice for your stay with a fully-equipped kitchen, TV, and super comfy 2 Queen sized beds.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:
- Free WiFi - Super fast and unlimited!
- Coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper
- Shampoo, body wash and conditioner

The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a TV, and a desk with four chairs.

There's a washer and dryer available for your use during your stay.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

Personal Check-ins: Self check-in lock box available near the entrance door however we can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4 tea/coffee, 6 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Loved our stay, Lovely sunny afternoons. Very comfortable apartment. Easy to get anywhere. Stefan is very easy to communicate with and very quick to reply to queries.

The apartment is lovely and very clean and well kept - exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is very handy to Queen street. Nice to have a balcony too. The only downside was that we couldn’t get the wifi working when we arrived. We rang the number listed within the hours listed several times with no answer. When we emailed, they did call us back and we tried everything they suggested for an hour or so. After that, we had plans so we asked the host to send someone over. They were still very focused on getting us to fix the wifi ourselves and called me several times during dinner suggesting the issue was with our devices. Not very happy with the communication about this issue. Please note not complaining about the wifi - that happens. But about the lengthy communication with us about fixing the issue ourselves. We’re on holiday. We don’t want to spend our time fixing wifi!

The unit is clean and has basically everything we need. The location is good with walking distance to bus stop, restaurants, universities and queen street.

The apartment was as advertised and Stefan was a perfect host and was very responsive. The location was also good, except that the roads leading up to the property was closed for construction. But the unit itself was well stocked and the stay was very comfortable
